bn55g Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "bn55g," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the bn55g platform at bn55g.org, operating under international gaming license oversight.
• "Platform" refers to the bn55g website, mobile interface, and all associated software, games, betting markets, and tools accessible at bn55g.org.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, deposits funds, or participates in any activity on the bn55g Platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual player account created upon successful registration on the bn55g Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, free spin credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by bn55g as part of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total bet turnover a Player must complete before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by bn55g before processing withdrawals or on reasonable suspicion of account misuse.

To register and maintain an account with bn55g, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bn55g operates an age verification programme and may request documentary proof of age at any stage. Accounts found to have been registered by individuals under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds held in those accounts will be forfeited.
• You are registering on your own behalf, as a private individual, and not as a representative of a corporate entity or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to confirm the legality of your participation before registering.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order from bn55g or any other gambling operator or regulatory self-exclusion scheme.
• You have not previously had a bn55g account closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

By completing the registration process, you warrant and represent that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. bn55g reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account at any time where it reasonably suspects that the eligibility criteria above are not met.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bn55g Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bn55g will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify bn55g immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, or if your login credentials have been compromised. bn55g shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

All transactions and bets placed from your Account while it is accessed using your correct login credentials are deemed to have been authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally placed them, unless you have notified bn55g of a security breach in accordance with this clause prior to those transactions occurring.

bn55g accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and retail cash channels as displayed on the Platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for each payment method are displayed at the point of deposit and may be updated from time to time.

All payment methods used to deposit funds into your bn55g Account must be registered in your own name and linked to your verified identity. bn55g will not process deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Deposits received from third-party sources will be returned and the Account investigated for potential misuse.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed the standard KYC verification process. bn55g may request a valid government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before approving any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit into the same Account, except where bn55g has approved an alternative method following KYC review.
• Any active Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be met before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. The real-money Balance is always withdrawable subject to KYC completion.
• bn55g targets withdrawal processing times of under 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa channels, and same-business-day for bank transfers, subject to operational conditions and verification status.
• bn55g reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions, pending investigation.

Deposits and withdrawals on the bn55g Platform are transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). For USDT deposits, the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction will apply and is displayed at the point of deposit confirmation.

bn55g offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including applicable Wagering Requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games or markets, and expiry dates. Those specific terms supplement and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

General conditions applicable to all bn55g bonuses and promotional offers:

• Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited in Pakistani Rupees and can only be used on the bn55g Platform. They have no cash value until applicable Wagering Requirements are met.
• Where a player holds both a real-money Balance and Bonus Funds simultaneously, real-money funds will be wagered first unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• bn55g reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by an eligible player. Bonuses already credited to an Account will not be removed during the active promotional period, except in cases of suspected abuse.
• Abuse of the bn55g bonus system — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear Wagering Requirements with minimal variance, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinated bonus exploitation — will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account closure.

All bets placed and games played on the bn55g Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as displayed within the Platform interface. In the event of any conflict between those specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the specific rules explicitly state otherwise for a defined matter.

With respect to sports betting markets on the bn55g Platform:

• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are correct at the time of bet acceptance. For live in-play betting, odds update continuously and the odds at the moment of bet acceptance confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• bn55g reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already started or concluded at the time of placement, where the Platform was displaying incorrect market status.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds have been published at a manifestly incorrect level due to a technical or human error — bn55g reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets. These are displayed within the bet placement interface and may vary by market, event, and Account level.

With respect to casino games — including slots, live dealer games, and instant win titles — all games use certified random number generators (RNG) or live-verified outcomes and carry independently audited Return to Player (RTP) percentages. Game outcomes are final once the game round has concluded.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bn55g Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any communication with bn55g.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, spider, or other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities discovered must be reported to bn55g immediately and must not be exploited. Winnings derived from exploiting known or suspected bugs will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate market outcomes.
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bn55g staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• Attempting to access areas of the Platform not intended for public access, or attempting to reverse-engineer any aspect of the Platform software.

All content on the bn55g Platform — including but not limited to the bn55g brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of bn55g or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of bn55g.

The bn55g name, logo, and associated marks may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by bn55g without explicit written authorisation from bn55g management.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bn55g, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors affecting Platform availability or game functionality.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security in accordance with Section 3.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits bn55g's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. bn55g's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bn55g is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of the Platform. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. If gambling is negatively affecting your financial situation, relationships, mental health, or daily functioning, please use the tools available to you and seek support immediately.

bn55g provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible through the Account settings area of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders that notify you of the duration of your current playing session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request exclusion from future re-registration. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the minimum exclusion period selected.

You may close your bn55g Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeline, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and there are no outstanding investigations.

bn55g reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. Prior to closing an inactive Account, bn55g will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the details on file. Any remaining real-money Balance in an inactive Account will be returned to you upon verified request for a period of 6 years from the date of closure.

Upon Account closure for breach of Terms & Conditions, bn55g reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds, bonus-derived winnings, and real-money funds held in the Account where permitted by applicable law and the nature of the breach. Forfeiture decisions may be appealed through the bn55g complaints process outlined in Section 13.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bn55g holds its international gaming licence. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of any dispute between you and bn55g arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting bn55g support at the details provided in Section 13.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it may be referred to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated by the licensing authority under which bn55g operates. Details of the applicable ADR body are available upon request from the bn55g support team.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your experience on the bn55g Platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The majority of issues can be resolved quickly at this stage.

All complaints should be submitted in English and should include your Account username, the date(s) of the relevant transaction or event, and a clear description of the issue and the resolution you are seeking.
